We drove two hours to the town of Urubaba were we went to a local market to purchase produce to make a lunch for a elementary school. Tyler and Julie used their Spanish to communicate how may apples, bananas etc. we would need for breakfast. Arriving at the school, we were greeted by children with big smiles. Many of them walked several miles to attend school. All of the 30 children were all taught elementary school in one room with a single teacher. They taught 1st to 5th grade together. They were very gracious and happy to have a meal at lunch as many of them travel back to their homes after school to have anything to eat or drink. After lunch, we traveled to another Inca ruin.
